Alasdair Inglis, Managing Director founded Grow to help SME's businesses compete with their larger rivals to win business from new customers.  His vision was to create a specialist sales and marketing consultancy that could support small organizations to promote their business in a professional and cost effective manner. 

Working as their in-house sales and marketing managers, Alasdair and his team work in partnership with their clients, delivering consultancy, advice, training, workshops to achieve their business potential.
