We'll look at your place within your sector and look at your current sales and marketing activities. We'll quickly get to understand what your key messages and strengths are, who you're communicating to and what's working and what isn't.

We advise

There's nothing more disruptive or negative than having an outsider come in and tell you everything you're doing is wrong, because the chances are it's not true.

We'll advise you on the most appropriate way to sell and market your business and make recommendations that are tailored to you, your business, your marketplace and your available resources. We'll save you money by making sure you are not spending on the wrong sales and marketing activities.

We'll get stuck in

If you want us to help you, we'll give you an idea of how much time we'd need with you each month. If we only need half a day a month, that's all we'll recommend. 

We have access to a network of talented professionals who are leaders in their fields. And we'll call on them to help you, but only when it will really add value to your business.

We're firm believers in a ground up approach, and recognize that as a business your people are your biggest investment, and asset. So we'll work with the in house skills you have wherever possible. We'll be honest and open about what we're doing, and tell you where we see challenges you should be aware of  - just as your sales and marketing director would.
