Grow's 4 step consultancy process has been developed over 10 years so you gain as much as possible when working with us.

1. Marketing Audit.  

Before we meet you, you'll need to complete the Grow marketing audit which we've developed over 12 years of working with hundreds of companies. The audit puts a spotlight on your marketing and business strategy, pinpointing areas of weakness and strength in your business. 

People say that completing the audit gives them a fantastic overview of their business and shows them their business in a whole new light. Completing an audit before meeting Grow gives us a deep understanding of your business before your session, meaning you get the most out of your time!

2. Marketing Consultancy session.

We take the time to really understand your business and every aspect of your sales and marketing, and will refer to your marketing assessment. During the session we create your marketing action plan which includes your overall marketing strategy and practical marketing actions for you to take away and implement the next day.

Consultancy usually happens at The British Library but short consultancy sessions can take place on the phone or over skype. 

3. Marketing Action plan.

As part of your consultancy session, we create a marketing action plan for you. We don't know any other marketing consultancies who offer this service,  this is written up during our meeting and is yours to take away, write up and implement.

Grow can write up your marketing action plan for you,  using an Ninja productivity excel format to help you manage, track, assess and succeed in your marketing efforts, now and in the future. If you do on-going sessions we'll refer back to the action plan to track your progress.

4. Follow Up Marketing Consultancy to keep you on track.

We are here whenever you need us for further consultancy and offer follow up sessions to give you on-going marketing support. There is no long term contract, so follow up sessions are extremely flexible. We will refer to your marketing action plan when we meet so we can track your progress over time.
